When someone lands on your Cohart portfolio page, they can become a subscriber by simply entering their email at the top of the page. That email gets added directly to your CRM.  To see that list, sign into Cohart and click Contact Management on the left, and the list of your contacts will appear.  When anyone signs up from your portfolio page, they will automatically be listed here at the top.  

No scrambling to remember who you met at that art fair three weeks ago. No accidental typos from handwritten lists. **Just clean, reliable data and a growing collector base**.

Share your profile link in your Instagram bio and say, **“Join my list for exclusive previews.”** Let the automation work for you.

#### Upload Subscribers in Bulk
Already have a list of collectors? Don’t start from scratch. You can upload your existing list to Cohart in a few clicks.

**To bulk upload contacts:**
- Head to your CRM dashboard
- Click “Add Contact”
- Select “Upload CSV”
- Use our CSV template to make sure everything’s formatted correctly
- Upload your file and hit confirm

That’s it. Now your entire subscriber list is visible in one place, organized and ready to go.
You can tag and segment contacts, too, which is especially useful for galleries managing multiple artist rosters or curating lists by collector tier and artists who want to segment lists by location and collector type.
