If a buyer decides to purchase, it’s a breeze. They can check out as a guest or a Cohart user, with multiple payment options like Klarna or Apple Pay, plus a flat-rate shipping fee. This simplicity takes the friction out of buying art, making it easier for collectors to make decisions.

#### Collector Profiles and CRM

Once the purchase is complete, the artwork is automatically added to their Collector Profile, where they can manage their collection and receive updates. As the artist, you’ll see all their information in your CRM, giving you a way to track and stay in touch with your buyers.

Soon, you’ll also be able to send direct updates to collectors, keeping them engaged and informed about new works or promotions—creating a long-term relationship between you and your buyers.

#### Shipping, Logistics, and Payments

After a sale, Cohart handles all the details. You’ll receive an email to coordinate the shipping or pickup, insurance, and logistics. What’s more, we take care of payment processing, and you take home 95% of the sale price—making us a better alternative to PayPal for artists.
