#### FAQs & Terms for Shipping and Payouts

##### FEES

Cohart operates with a 0% commission model. Our small 2.9% transaction fee covers payment processing costs, similar to platforms like Shopify or PayPal.

##### PAYOUTS

**Pick-Up Orders**: Payouts are processed within 48 hours after receiving your banking details and tax forms.

**Shipping Orders**: Payouts take 5-7 days to allow time for shipment organization and processing.

##### IN-PERSON SALES

For in-person transactions, buyers can select "pick-up" at checkout and enter their payment details. No shipping fees apply, and we ensure smooth communication between you and the buyer for secure delivery.

##### SHIPPING

**Domestic Sales**: Buyers are charged a standard fee of 5% of artwork price (minimum $5), with an addition 10% for oversized handling fee (when applicable)

**International Sales**: Buyers are charged a standard fee of 8% of artwork price (minimum $5), with an addition 15% for oversized handling fee (when applicable)

Once payment is received, we handle the shipping label creation and collaborate with you to ensure safe delivery. Cohart acts as your dedicated customer service liaison, keeping collectors updated every step of the way.
