### More Than a Marketplace: Introducing the Cohart Growth Circle

Every creative journey looks different.

Some members of our community are making their first sale. Others are building a growing collector base, preparing for an exhibition, developing a new body of work, or simply trying to get their work in front of more people.

But wherever someone is in their journey, building a career takes more than making great work. It takes visibility, connections, opportunities, and often, a little support along the way.

That’s why we’re introducing the **Cohart Growth Circle**, an ongoing initiative created to support the people in our community as they build and grow their careers.

We want Cohart to be more than a place to list and sell artwork. We want it to be a place where our community can **get discovered, learn, connect, and find new opportunities.**

Because when our community grows, **Cohart grows with it.**

#### Why We’re Doing This

Making the work is only one part of building a creative career.

There’s everything that comes with it: finding an audience, building relationships with collectors, telling your story, keeping your profile up to date, navigating the art world, and figuring out what comes next.

And there isn't a single roadmap for any of it.

Someone at the beginning of their career may need completely different things from someone who has been exhibiting and selling for years. We don't believe either journey is more important than the other.

The Growth Circle is our way of creating more opportunities to meet our community where they are and help them take their next step.

That support might mean putting someone's work in front of a new audience, helping them tell their story, connecting them with collectors, or simply giving them the tools and resources to keep moving forward.

#### What Is the Cohart Growth Circle?

The Cohart Growth Circle brings together different opportunities and resources designed to support our community throughout their journeys.

There isn't a checklist that everyone needs to follow, and there isn't one definition of what "growth" should look like.

Instead, we're looking at the different ways members of our community are building momentum and finding opportunities that make sense for them.

#### For Our Community Building Proven Momentum

For members who are already building momentum around their practice, the Growth Circle may open up opportunities to reach new audiences, connect with collectors, and share more of their work.

##### For Our Community Showing Promising Momentum

Growth can happen long before someone has a long list of sales or a large following. The aim is to help members strengthen what they’re already doing, discover new opportunities, and continue building momentum around their work.

#### For Our Community Getting Started

Every creative journey has to start somewhere. For members who are new to Cohart or still establishing their presence, the first steps can sometimes feel like the hardest. From presenting work online to understanding how to reach the right audience, there is a lot to figure out. We will support to make getting started easier and help members make the most of the opportunities available through Cohart.

### So, How Does It Work?

The Growth Circle is an ongoing initiative, not a one-time program. As we get to know our community, we'll look for opportunities where additional support could make a difference. When something feels like a good fit, we'll reach out directly and share the details.

As the initiative grows, we'll continue finding new ways to support our community, from opportunities to increase visibility to resources that can help members develop their careers. There’s no single way to build an art career. We’re here to support our community wherever they are, and wherever they want to go next.

There's no application fee and nothing to buy to participate. We’ll be reaching out directly as opportunities open up.

Keep creating. Keep sharing your work. Keep building your collection on Cohart.
