#### About Erin Schuppert

**Erin Schuppert** is the Fair Director of **[Affordable Art Fair NYC & Boston](https://affordableartfair.com/)**. Affordable Art Fair aims to spread the joy of collecting and to make contemporary art accessible. Overseeing two editions in New York and one edition in Boston each year, Erin works with galleries from around the world presenting hundreds of living artists to the 35,000 visitors who attend the fairs annually. She especially loves collaborating with emerging galleries on their first fair experience and meeting first-time collectors. 

Under Erin’s direction, the New York fair has reached some incredible milestones. Art sales surpassed $5m for the first time in the fair’s history, reaching $5.1m in March 2024. The fair’s charitable giving has increased, as well, growing from an average of $50,000 per year to $150,000 in 2024. This is largely due to the Fellowship Program, an initiative Erin began in 2022 offering emerging New York galleries the opportunity to scale their business and grow their audience by participating in Affordable Art Fair NYC free of charge for three consecutive editions. Building on this positive momentum, Erin and her team will expand the New York editions in a new venue in September 2025, and they will launch Affordable Art Fair Boston in October.
