When I was a teenager a friend of mine asked to create an escape plan for her in case her parents arranged a marriage for her as was their customs. She wanted to marry her one true love, Leonardo DiCapprio! I was reminded how when we are younger we wish to escape cultural customs but as we get older sometimes find solace and ourselves in them.
