Geometric Abstract Artist

Renaissance Pixels is a study of the colore of my favorite Italian Renaissance artists. This series is also a fun journey in perception. Your mind can resolve the image when it is very tiny or when you are very far away from the artwork, but when you stand at a normal viewing distance, the work is just a blob of colored pixels.

Exploring colour shape contemplation and chance

The deep intense glow has been created from multiple layers and meticulous blending of dark burnt umber into bold cadmium red and through to slightly transparent golden yellow.
Would suit a variety of modern spaces with warm accent tones.

Magma Chamber

This large artwork is a print of a computer drawing. This series of work is about how elusively patterns form out of chaos. It is an interpretation of the human trait of looking for archetypes in every field of view.

I apply the screen print medium in a pure minimal way; by shifting, turning, overlapping the layers I achieve expressions of energy and movement which is an inherent aspect in my work. Each print is a monoprint and therefor completely unique. This is part of a series of around 14 different pieces. Exhibited at Architecture of Zero, Eye Love Gallery

Dibond Mirror

Paul Gallaud is a French visual artist born in 1994 who lives and works in Croix, near Lille, France. After graduating with a BAC STI Applied Arts at the Institut Saint Luc in Tournai, Belgium, he pursued his career with a master’s degree in design Products. In 2020, he had the opportunity to develop a collection of vases and objects for a French Museum. His works have been exhibited in different galleries in France and abroad, notably in MUba Eugène Leroy Museum, at Abcynt and galerie bruno massa. As a visual artist, his work is part of currents such as geometric abstraction, Op Art and in-situ. He explores the material by playing with movement and geometric shapes, creating dynamic and evolving compositions. His process is inspired by logical or random sequences. Each transformation follows an algorithmic organization. His goal is to create a contemplative dimension, by inviting the viewer to interact with the work and bring their own interpretation.
