Darker areas anchor the composition, while bursts of light and color energize the space. Courage celebrates the beauty of abstraction, inviting viewers to find their own pareidolia experience.

When we talk about the Internet, we talk about sharing—sharing our photos, thoughts, links to interesting articles, and more. The Internet is as much about sharing others' content as it is about sharing our own. A core aspect of the digital age is appropriation, recontextualization, and, simply put, copying. Retweeting, regramming, reblogging, re-everything. This constant resharing mirrors Duchamp's concept of the readymade or “objet trouvé” in the art world. The content, whether properly credited or not, becomes part of a larger, interconnected web, stripped of its original context and repurposed for new audiences.
Continuing with my pictorial technique, which blends various styles and digital appropriation, this series takes a further step by incorporating elements of traditional paintings that have been widely reproduced on social media—often without crediting the artist, title, technique, or period from which they originated. The canvases are often presented as duets or triptychs, where a smaller second or third canvas extends one of the compositional elements from the main canvas. In doing so, I create a nod to the digital format from which these elements are derived. The series is titled “Swipe For The Details”, with the verb "swipe"—one of the most frequently used terms in the digital world, alongside “like” and “follow”—serving as a reflection of the fragmented nature of contemporary art consumption. It draws attention to the way traditional works are reproduced and viewed in digital formats, often broken into smaller, isolated fragments. The titles of the individual works directly quote comments from the original posts from which the fragments of classic works were taken. This adds a layer of connection to the social character of today’s art consumption.

The figures and narratives in this work  embody the idea that we are all on a caravan of life, sometimes we are on the same path as those before us, other times we step onto a new path, but all the while moving forward towards the same destination.
